Spring Cited (“we”) runs springcited.com. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
- Form submissions: your name, email, business name, website, city, and anything else you type into our forms.
- Payments: Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number.
- Email: the messages you send us and our replies.
- Basic analytics: if enabled, privacy-friendly, cookie-free traffic statistics, such as Cloudflare Web Analytics.
How we use it
We use it to deliver what you asked for (snapshots, audits, reports), to follow up about that request, and to run our business. We research your business using public information only.
Who we share it with
We share it only with the service providers that run our business: form handling (for example Formspree or Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email, and AI tools used to run tests and draft content. We don’t sell your information.
Your choices
Every follow-up email has an unsubscribe link. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing outreach@springcited.com.
