The service
Spring Cited provides research, audits, written recommendations and, on the monthly plan, implementation help to improve how often a business is mentioned in AI assistant answers.
No guarantee of placement
AI assistants are run by third parties and change their answers often. We do not and cannot guarantee that any AI assistant will mention, recommend or rank your business. We guarantee the work described in your plan, not a specific outcome.
Audit refund
If your Audit + Fix Kit doesn’t include at least 10 specific, actionable recommendations, email us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Monthly plan
The monthly plan bills every month through Stripe and continues until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by email, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We don’t refund partial months.
Your approvals and accounts
We don’t publish, submit or change anything under your business’s name without your approval. You’re responsible for the accuracy and regulatory compliance of claims about your services, including any review by your medical director.
Reviews and rankings
We don’t write, buy or incentivize reviews. We tell you before any paid directory placement, and you decide whether to buy it.
Disclaimer
We provide the service “as is.” ChatGPT, Google, Perplexity, Claude and other AI platforms, search engines, directories and review sites are run by third parties outside our control. They can change how they work, what they show or what they cite at any time. Except for the specific promises in these terms, we make no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of particular results, rankings, mentions, traffic, leads or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Spring Cited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Your responsibilities
You agree to cover reasonable losses we incur because of claims by third parties caused by content, information or approvals you provide to us, or by your breach of these terms. We’ll let you know promptly about any such claim.
Disputes and governing law
If something goes wrong, email us at outreach@springcited.com first. We’ll try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days before either of us takes formal action. These terms are governed by the laws of the state where Spring Cited’s owner resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
